Ceramic Sculptures

The Ceramic Paintings series makes comment on how works of art are viewed, categorized, and held is a sort of "cast system" in the history of art as well as the current art world. While made of ceramic, these works pose as paintings

to discuss the bias of how art is viewed.

The Dynamic Duos series is an extension of the Ceramic Painting series, taking the 2-dimensional art movement of Op Art and applying it to 3-dimensional surfaces. These works primarily deal with formal issues of surface and form agreement.

Another extension of the Ceramic Painting series. Mainly just for fun!

The GMO series takes a look at the problem of genetically modified foods. The imagery is exaggerated, but the dangers are very real.
